Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Intellucent (the "Service"), operated by DeltaCore B.V. ("DeltaCore", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Intellucent is — and is not
Intellucent is an Event Intelligence Platform that provides historical and contextual information about how markets have behaved around economic events. It is a decision-support tool. It is not a brokerage, does not execute trades, and does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. All trading decisions are your own.
3. Accounts and trials
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Private beta access and commercial terms are agreed directly. This release has no public checkout, automatic trial or self-service subscription management.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown at the time of purchase (exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorised means, scraping or redistributing data without a licence, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it in any way that breaches applicable law or the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, data compilations, analytics, designs and content, is owned by DeltaCore B.V. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal purposes during your subscription.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Past market behaviour is not a guarantee of future results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeltaCore disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
